Transactions & Refunds

Updated: 10/15/26, 10:20:22 AM

Looking up transactions and initiating refunds are the primary scenarios of the Merchant App. The interactions are identical to Trade Management in the Admin App (list / filters / details / bottom action bar); this page covers the merchant perspective and the capability boundary between the two apps.

Common Interactions

Same as the Admin App: pull-to-refresh, a floating filter button (bottom drawer), grouped detail sections, a bottom action bar, confirmation prompts for write operations, and automatic list refresh after operations. See Admin App Trade Management - Common Interactions.

Payment Transactions

  • Filters: transaction no. / merchant order no. + funds status (six states);
  • Details: identity card + amount, transaction info, amount info (refundable balance), channel info (channel / product / channel order no. / pay method / buyer identifier), time info;
  • Actions: initiate a refund (available when the status is successful and a refundable balance remains; enter the refund amount — capped at the refundable balance — and a reason, then confirm), sync status, close order.

Where to Initiate a Refund

Refunds are always initiated from the bottom action bar of a payment transaction detail or a normal order detail (the refund list is for queries only); fill in the amount and the reason in the dialog. Same as the Admin App.

Orders & Fund Records

RecordDescription
Normal order / gateway orderBusiness-layer order queries; normal orders support refund / close, gateway orders have no refund entry
Refund orderProcessing / success / failure / closed; the detail view only supports status sync
Transfer / allocation orderQuery and sync; allocation details include the receiver breakdown
Fund flowRead-only ledger
Abnormal orderRead-only — see the boundary notes below

Transaction Analytics

Four time ranges + six overview metrics + trends / pay-method share / channel success rate / hour-of-day distribution / amount ranges / refund trends, same as the Admin App; the dimension rankings are a merchant-edition extra — you can switch among three dimensions (app / channel merchant / store) to view the ranking.

Callbacks & Notifications

  • Merchant notification push: the ledger of notifications the platform delivers to your own system — callback URL, send count, backoff and next push time, notification content, and a send-record timeline; once the URL and payload are confirmed correct, you can resend;
  • Channel callback records: the ledger of callbacks from channels to the platform, where you can check status and failure reasons; raw payloads are not exposed on the merchant side — contact platform operations for payload-level troubleshooting.
