Business Feature Overview
This section walks through daily usage organized by business domain; each feature covers the entry points on both the admin (operations) panel and the merchant panel. The "Operation Guide" section, by contrast, is organized by console and presents each console's overall features — the two complement each other.
If the system has just been deployed, read From Deployment to First Payment first to complete the go-live configuration.
Orders and Funds
The payment system has two layers: business orders (normal orders / gateway orders) and fund trades (payment trades). Fund operations such as refunds and allocation are initiated at the payment trade layer.
| Feature | Entry (same on both panels) | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Payment Order Management | Trade Orders → Payment Orders / Payment Trades | Query and operate across three layers: normal orders, gateway orders, and payment trades |
| Refund Management | Trade Orders → Refund Orders | Issue refunds from the UI or via API, refund status transitions, overdue refund handling |
| Transfer | Transfer Orders (top-level menu) | Merchant transfers via the WeChat / Alipay / Douyin channels |
| Allocation | Trade Orders → Allocation Orders | Bind allocation receivers, initiate allocation, query allocation results |
Verification and Notifications
| Feature | Entry (same on both panels) | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Callbacks and Notifications | Callback Notifications (top-level menu) | Merchant callback push (resend), channel callback record query |
| Abnormal Orders and Fund Flow | Trade Orders → Abnormal Orders / Fund Flow | Investigate abnormal collections; query and export collection/refund flow records |
| Unipay API Logs | Trade Orders → Unipay API Logs (merchant panel only) | Audit records of merchant calls to unipay APIs (request ID, latency, client IP, error message) |
Collection Scenarios
| Feature | Entry | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Gateway Payment | App Workbench → Gateway Payment Config | Two forms: unified cashier and aggregate QR (one code, multiple wallets) |
| QR Code Plates and Terminals | Admin panel: Payment Management → QR Plate Management; merchant panel: Merchant Center → Basic Management → QR Plate Management / System Terminals | Platform batch plate generation, merchant claim and binding, system terminal management |
Conventions
- Operation permissions and menu visibility on each page are determined by role authorization; buttons described in these pages are hidden without the permission.
- Unless stated otherwise, the "menu paths" apply to both the admin panel and the merchant panel; the admin panel has one extra filter dimension the merchant panel lacks — Merchant (cross-merchant view).
- This section covers the main transaction and collection flows; protocol-compatibility features such as the EasyPay Plugin are documented in the Operation Guide.
