Channel Merchants
A channel merchant is the merchant's receiving account on the WeChat / Alipay / Douyin side. On the phone, five products (WeChat direct / WeChat ISV / Alipay direct / Alipay ISV / Douyin) support the full flow; creating the other products on the phone shows a prompt to handle it on a PC.
List
Entering from a merchant detail grid shows all channel merchants under that merchant; the "Channel Merchants" entry on the workbench opens the global list (cross-merchant), filterable by merchant number, channel merchant number, and environment (production / sandbox).
Cards: channel icon + product name, enable state, channel merchant number, channel merchant name.
Creating (Three-Step Wizard)
- Pick a product: choose one of the five supported products;
- Fill in channel info: enter the channel merchant name in common, then the account fields per product —
- Alipay ISV: ISV app AppId + Alipay user ID (the authorization token can be left empty for now)
- Alipay direct: Alipay user ID
- WeChat ISV: special merchant number
- WeChat direct: WeChat merchant number
- Douyin: Douyin merchant number
- Done: on success, the detail page opens.
Products not on this list (UnionPay, Leshua, etc.) show "Please create on a PC" on the phone.
Detail (Grid)
Three groups of entries, auto-filtered by product and permission:
| Group | Entries | Applies to |
|---|---|---|
| Trade Config | Allocation Receivers / Transfer Config / Authorization Token | Receivers on all allocation products; transfer on WeChat direct / Alipay direct / Douyin; token on Alipay ISV only |
| Basic Management | Basic Info / Rename / Key Config | Key config is PC-only; the phone only shows a notice |
| Merchant Management | Enable / Disable, Delete | Delete is a strong confirmation that requires typing the channel merchant name |
Basic Info is a read-only sub-page: channel merchant number, name, product, channel account, source, and creation time.
Authorization Token (Alipay ISV)
ISV mode needs the sub-merchant's authorization token to initiate trades on its behalf. Two ways to get it:
- Manual paste: get the token from the Alipay console, then paste and update it; it takes effect immediately after a second confirmation;
- Delegated-operation authorization link (recommended): generate an authorization link and send it to the sub-merchant; after they open it in a browser (landing on the delegated-operation authorization page of the Payment Gateway) and confirm, the token updates automatically — no more manual relaying.
The page shows the current token state (configured / not configured, last-4 mask, owning ISV app and Alipay user ID).
Transfer Config
Takes effect on the channel immediately, with no save button:
- WeChat: pick a transfer scene + transfer app (Official Account type only);
- Alipay: transfer scene management (toggle + set default; at most 3 enabled at the same time; the default scene cannot be disabled) + transfer app (required);
- Douyin: transfer app (website app type only); scenes are shown read-only.
Allocation Receivers
Manage the receivers of allocation funds (who gets how much is controlled on the allocation order side).
- List: alias (shown first) / receiver name, status (bound / unbound / bind failed), type, account, failure reason;
- Detail: the full profile (type, account, relation type, bound app, bind / unbind time). Actions depend on state: bound → unbind only; bind failed or unbound → rebind + delete; the alias is edited in the detail;
- Add and bind: pick the receiver type (per product: merchant number / personal openid, etc.) → fill in the account and name → pick the app to bind → after submitting, the binding request goes to the channel immediately.
Scan authorization
Hard to copy a personal-type receiver account (an openid)? Use scan authorization when adding: generate a QR code for the receiver to scan and confirm; the page polls the result every 3 seconds (valid for about 5 minutes); once they confirm, the account is filled in automatically — no transcribing openids by hand.
