Workbench
The workbench is the first screen after opening the app: merchant scale, today's trades, frequently used features, and announcements to read — all at a glance. Every number block is tappable and navigates to the corresponding list.
Page Composition
Header Greeting
Inside the brand-color block, a greeting by time of day (Good morning / Good afternoon / Good evening) with your nickname; the subtitle is the site name (the system name config shared with the Web admin panel).
Stats Row
Three numbers: total merchants / channel merchants / total users, each tappable to the corresponding management list — the fastest entry during an inspection.
Trade Overview Card
- Today / Yesterday toggle showing four metrics: transaction amount, transaction count, refund amount, refund count;
- Tap a transaction metric to open the Payment Trades list; tap a refund metric to open the refund order list — one step away when refunds look wrong;
- "View Transaction Analysis" at the bottom opens the Transaction Analysis chart page.
Quick Entry Grid
A grid of frequently used features, customizable:
- Tap "Manage" to open the quick entry management page, pick frequently used items from the full catalog, and reorder them;
- Your choice is remembered and still applies after signing in on another device;
- The full feature catalog is in the nine groups of the Feature Map.
Announcements Card
Shows the latest 5 announcements: unread items carry a red dot and a bold title, important announcements are red, pinned ones carry a marker. Tap to open the announcement detail; "More" opens the Notification Center.
Refresh Behavior
- Pull down to refresh the whole page;
- After reading announcements in the notification center and returning, the unread state of the card syncs automatically.
