Merchant Management

Updated: 10/15/26, 10:20:22 AM

All entries of the merchant domain live here: after entering a merchant from the list, the detail page aggregates all of that merchant's resources (users / stores / channel merchants / apps / keys) in a card grid — one page, direct access.

Merchant List

  • Filters: merchant name, status (enabled / disabled), entity type (micro / individual / enterprise);
  • Cards: merchant name, status, entity type, merchant number, short name;
  • Operations: tap a card to open the merchant detail grid; long-press a card to open the action panel (enable / disable, delete — delete is a strong confirmation that requires typing the merchant name to execute);
  • New Merchant: the bottom button opens the creation page.

Creating a Merchant

The form has two sections:

  • Merchant info: merchant name, short name, entity type (single choice);
  • Administrator info: login account, phone (optional), password and confirm password — the password field has a strength indicator and policy validation. This is the merchant's first administrator account; use it to sign in to the merchant panel after creation.

Merchant Detail (Grid)

Inside a merchant, all management actions spread across three groups:

GroupEntries
Basic ManagementMerchant Profile, Merchant Users, Store Management, System Terminals
Payment ConfigChannel Merchants, App Management, Pay Apps (WeChat), Pay Apps (Douyin)
Business ConfigKey Config, WeChat Domain Verification

For how to configure channel merchants, apps, and keys, see Channel Merchants and Apps and Integration Config; for system terminals see Risk Control and Terminals.

Merchant Profile

Two states — view / edit: the merchant number and entity type are read-only; the name, short name, and status can be changed.

Store Management

  • List: store name, default store marker, store number, contact phone, address, status; when the merchant has no default store yet, a warning banner shows at the top;
  • Operations: tap a card to open a panel — set / unset default store, edit, delete (the default store cannot be deleted);
  • Edit: name, contact phone, status, whether it is the default store, address, remark. Disabling an enabled default store asks for a second confirmation.

Merchant Users

User account management for the merchant (distinct from platform users — merchant users sign in to the merchant panel):

  • List: name, administrator marker, account, status;
  • Create: name, account (duplicate-checked automatically), password (leave it blank and the system generates a random password, shown once after creation); also pick a role for the user (merchant user by default);
  • Detail actions: edit (only the name can be changed), reset password (the system generates a random initial password, shown only once — pass it to the user immediately), assign role, ban / unlock.

Roles

A user carries exactly one role at a time; built-in roles (e.g. merchant admin, merchant user) carry a marker. Role definitions and menu authorization are maintained on the Web admin panel.
