Workbench

Updated: 10/15/26, 10:20:22 AM

The first screen of the Merchant App, built around the three "my" counters and today's transactions. Same interactions as the Admin App workbench, with the data scoped to your own merchant.

Page Composition

Stats Row

Three counters: My Apps / My Stores / Channel Merchants — tap one to jump straight to the corresponding management page. Tapping an item that is not configured yet opens an empty list, which is also a nudge to complete the configuration.

Trade Overview Card

Switch between today and yesterday to see the successful payment amount (large text), payment count, refund amount, and refund count. Tap a payment metric to open the payment transaction list, a refund metric to open the refund list, or the bottom entry to open transaction analytics.

Quick Entry Grid

Twelve frequently used entries are included by default (merchant info, merchant users, QR terminals, apps, keys, channel merchants, WeChat / Douyin apps, analytics, payment transactions, refunds, notifications, etc.). Tap "Manage" to add, remove, and reorder entries — your configuration is remembered and stays consistent with the "All Apps" tab.

Announcements Card

The latest 5 platform announcements with unread badges and important / pinned markers, same as the Admin App.

All Apps Tab

All entries are shown in a grid grouped into six sections (Basic Management / Payment & Business / Order Types / Transaction Queries / Funds Processing / Callbacks & Notifications). Operations-side features such as system terminals and login logs are not offered on the merchant side; per-app configuration pages (routing / gateway configuration / cashier) are all reached through app management rather than standalone entries.
