Merchant Center

Updated: 10/15/26, 10:20:22 AM

Merchants manage their own basics here: merchant info, users, stores, domain verification files, and QR terminals. Restricted operations (such as changing the merchant entity) require contacting platform operations.

Merchant Info

Shows the merchant name, merchant number, status, and entity type (read-only); only the merchant short name can be edited yourself — the short name appears on the customer payment page ("Pay XX") and changes take effect immediately. A confirmation prompt appears before saving.

Merchant Users

Account management for your own merchant, with the same operations as the Admin App:

  • List: name, administrator flag, account, status;
  • Create: name, account (automatic duplicate check), password (left blank = auto-generated, shown once), role (merchant user by default);
  • Detail actions: edit (name only), reset password (the random initial password is shown only once), assign roles, ban / unlock.

Store Management

  • List: store name, default store flag, contact phone, address, status; a warning banner appears when no default store is set;
  • Edit: name, status, default or not, contact phone (mobile number format validation), region (cascading province / city / district selector), detailed address, latitude & longitude (used for geolocation checks in payment scenarios), remark;
  • Actions: set / unset as default store, edit, delete (the default store cannot be deleted).

WeChat Domain Verification Files

Merchants upload WeChat domain ownership verification files themselves (no need to ask operations to upload them for you):

  • Upload: the file name must follow the MP_verify_XXX.txt format issued by WeChat; paste the full file content;
  • Manage: the list supports view / edit remark / delete.

Other domain verification files hosted by the platform (including those owned by the platform itself) are maintained by platform operations in the Admin App; see Payment Configuration (Admin App).

QR Terminals

Self-service management of the QR terminals under your merchant:

  • List: filter by code, name, status, program type, amount type;
  • Bind blank QR terminals: for blank QR terminals produced in bulk by the platform, scan the code or type the serial number to claim and bind it to your merchant (optionally assigning an app and a store at the same time) — much faster than asking operations to register it for you;
  • Detail actions: enable / disable, edit, ownership binding (app / store).

Bulk creation of QR terminals is a platform production capability and is done in the Admin App.
