Admin App Feature Map
The Admin App is the mobile edition of the Web admin panel: it covers the high-frequency operations of five domains — merchants, configuration, trades, risk control, and system — and suits mobile inspection while off-site or on call. The business semantics of each feature match the Web panel; this guide series only covers "what is on the phone and how to use it".
Page Structure (Three Tabs)
- Workbench: stats row with direct navigation + trade overview + customizable quick entries + announcements; see Workbench;
- Apps: the entry point to all features, displayed as card grids across nine groups;
- Me: account & security, general settings, about; see Login and Account Security.
Feature Groups and Guide Index
The nine groups on the "Apps" tab map to the following guides:
| Group (Apps tab) | Entries | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Merchants | Merchant Management, Channel Merchants | Merchant Management, Channel Merchants |
| Payment Config | Payment Products, Pay Providers, Product Config, QR Plate Management, Platform Domain Verification, Platform WeChat / Douyin Pay Apps | Payment Config, Apps and Integration Config |
| Security | Risk Blacklist, Risk Hits, Risk Control Strategy, API Security Config | Risk Control and Terminals |
| Trade Orders | Normal Orders, Gateway Orders | Trade Management |
| Trade Query | Transaction Analysis, Payment Trades, Fund Flow, Abnormal Orders | Trade Management |
| Fund Processing | Refund Orders, Transfer Orders, Allocation Orders | Trade Management |
| Callbacks and Notifications | Notification Records, Announcement Management, Merchant Notification Push, Channel Callbacks | Trade Management, Notifications and System |
| Logs | Login Logs, Operation Logs, API Logs | Notifications and System |
| System | User Management, Email Templates | Notifications and System |
Some low-frequency entries (e.g. the Security group, transfer / allocation orders) are hidden by default; turn them on as needed in "Quick Entry Management" on the workbench. Merchant-facing integration entries such as apps, keys, and gateway config are reached from the merchant detail grid; see Apps and Integration Config.
Differences from the Web Admin Panel
- A few sensitive operations are marked PC-only (e.g. channel merchant key config); the entry is grayed out with a prompt to do it on a computer;
- Channel merchants support five products on mobile (two WeChat, two Alipay, Douyin); other products show a fallback notice card;
- For channel parameters of payment products (ISV apps / keys / authorizations) the phone only shows progress; fill in the parameters on the Web;
- Notifications live in an in-app notification center (announcements, unread badges, email records); there is no system-level push for now;
- The operation logic of each feature matches the Web panel; for business semantics see the corresponding pages of the Web admin guide.
Build Targets and Languages
The same codebase compiles into: WeChat / Alipay / Douyin mini-programs, H5, and apps (Android / iOS). Languages: ten languages in the app and H5 builds; Chinese and English only in the mini-program builds.
