Merchant App Feature Map
The Merchant App is the mobile edition of the Web merchant panel: a subset of the features, where common operations (query transactions, refund, change configuration) all work — ideal for daily checks when a computer is not at hand.
Page Structure
Three bottom tabs:
- Workbench: greeting, stats row (My Apps / My Stores / Channel Merchants, tap to jump), transaction overview (today / yesterday), quick entries (customizable), announcements; see Workbench;
- Apps: grid-grouped entries to all features;
- Me: account & security, preferences, about — same as the Admin App.
Feature Groups and Guide Index
| Group (Apps tab) | Entries | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Basic Management | Merchant info, merchant users, stores, QR terminals | Merchant Center |
| Payment & Business | Apps, keys, channel merchants, WeChat / Douyin open apps, domain verification | Payment Configuration |
| Order Types / Transaction Queries / Funds Processing | Payment transactions, normal / gateway orders, refunds, transfers, allocations, fund flow, analytics | Transactions & Refunds |
| Callbacks & Notifications | Channel callback records, merchant callbacks, notification center | Transactions & Refunds |
Differences from the Web Merchant Panel
The app deliberately trims low-frequency operations-side items (such as system terminal management) — do those in the Web merchant panel; domain verification files and blank QR terminal claiming are already self-service on the phone. Each feature works the same as on the Web; for details see Business Features.
Login & Security
Shares the same accounts as the Web merchant panel: account & password + image captcha (appears after repeated failures) + two-factor authentication; forgotten passwords are recovered via an email verification code; resetting the password signs out every endpoint at once. The login flow and the "Me" page settings are identical to the Admin App and are not repeated here.
Build Targets and Languages
The same codebase compiles to: WeChat / Alipay / Douyin mini-programs, H5, and native apps (Android / iOS). Languages: ten languages on the App and H5 builds; Chinese and English only on the mini-program builds.
