Data Analytics

Updated: 10/15/26, 10:20:22 AM

The analytics page serves operational decision-making: it aggregates transaction data by time range and presents charts from the dimensions of amount, provider, time of day, and merchant. Menu path: Dashboard → Analytics.

The page is aggregation and display only, with no export or drill-down; for single-order details go to Payment Order Management.

Time Range

Switch at the top of the page: Today / Yesterday / Last 7 days (default) / Last 30 days / This month / Custom date range.

Preset definitions: "Last 7 days" counts back 7 days including today; "This month" runs from the 1st of the current month to today. Choosing "Custom" opens a date-range picker and is mutually exclusive with the presets.

Metric Cards

Six metric cards at the top of the page, each with a period-over-period change (compared with the preceding period of equal length; shows "New" when the previous period is 0 and the current one has data):

MetricDefinition
Total transaction amountSum of successful transaction amounts in the range (CNY)
Transaction countNumber of successful transactions in the range
Average order valueSuccessful amount ÷ successful count
Payment success rateSuccessful count ÷ total count
Refund amountSum of refund amounts in the range (CNY)
Refund rateRefund amount ÷ successful amount

Reading the Charts

ChartWhat to look for
Transaction trendDaily line chart; switch between three measures — amount / count / average order value — to read the business trajectory
Pay provider shareShare of successful transaction amount by pay provider (WeChat / Alipay / UnionPay ...); spot changes in the provider mix
Provider transaction volumeBar chart of successful transaction count per provider; read together with the share chart to check whether volume and amount match
Provider success rateHorizontal bar chart of payment success rate per provider, x-axis fixed at 0~100%; providers with clearly lower success rates need investigation (expired keys, channel outages, and routing misconfiguration all show up here)
Hourly distributionTransaction count per hour over 24 hours (daily average across the range days); use it to schedule marketing campaigns and staffing
Per-payment amount rangesCount distribution across amount ranges; tells whether your customers are many small payments or few large ones
Refund trendDaily refund amount trend; read together with the refund rate to gauge after-sales pressure
Merchant amount rankingTop 10 merchants by transaction amount, with count and share; head dependency at a glance

Troubleshooting example

When the payment success rate of one provider drops clearly below the others, check in order: whether that provider's channel merchants have been disabled, whether channel routing is hitting the wrong channel merchant, and whether errors for that provider cluster in the Open API logs.
