Operations Workspace
The workspace is the first page you see after logging into the admin panel. It aggregates configuration to-do alerts, key operating statistics, and everyday high-frequency entries. Menu path: Dashboard → Workspace.
It is for at-a-glance review and navigation only; the full query and handling of each data set is done on the corresponding business page.

Configuration Alert Banner
On a freshly deployed or incompletely configured system, a banner reading "You have N configuration items to complete" appears at the top of the workspace; click it to expand the detail list. Each entry is labeled with its category and to-do count; clicking an entry jumps directly to the corresponding configuration page.
Covered detection categories: site info, platform access URL, object storage, social login, merchant apps, API credentials, channel merchants, channel routing, notify config.
How to clear the alert
The banner is only a reminder entry. Once the corresponding configuration is done, it disappears automatically on page refresh. Clicking close on the banner only hides it for the current session — it reappears after the next login. Work through the list item by item instead of closing it.
Quick Entries
Eight default entries are shown: Merchant Management, App Management, Channel Merchants, Notification Center, User Management, Data Dictionary, Login Logs, Security Management.
Click "Edit" in the top-right corner of the block to customize:
- Selected area: drag to reorder, entries can be removed;
- Available area: append from the catalog, including payment orders, refund orders, fund transactions, role management, menu management, operation logs, announcements, payment product configuration, platform config, online users, analytics, payment debugging, third-party platform login, and more.
After saving, entries appear in your order; entries you lack permission for are hidden automatically, and other login accounts are unaffected (quick entries are configured per account).
Transaction and Announcement Blocks
- Transaction overview toggles between "Today / Yesterday", with amounts and counts at a glance — a good first stop at the start of each day;
- Fund transactions lists recent transaction records (with fund status tags); abnormal fund statuses can be traced into the list from here;
- System announcements shows announcements published by the platform; opening one marks it read automatically, and the unread count on the top-bar bell decreases accordingly. Publishing and managing announcements is covered in Notifications and Email.
