Allocation

Updated: 10/15/26, 4:18:57 PM

Allocation splits the funds of a payment trade among multiple receivers by rule (partners, franchisees, platform commission, etc.). Usage flow: first bind allocation receivers on the channel merchant, then initiate allocation on the payment trade after payment succeeds.

Overall Flow

Step 1: Bind Allocation Receivers

Entry: merchant workbench (admin panel) or merchant panel → Channel Merchants → open the Manage page of a WeChat / Alipay / Douyin channel merchant → Trading Configuration group → Allocation Receivers

About the entry point

Receivers are bound at the channel merchant level (receiver account systems differ across channels); there is no standalone top-level menu for it.

Receiver types (selectable per channel support):

TypeDescription
Merchant ID (MERCHANT_ID)The receiver is another merchant
Personal openid (PERSONAL_OPENID / PERSONAL_SUB_OPENID)WeChat personal collection
Alipay user ID (USER_ID)Alipay individual
Login name (LOGIN_NAME)Alipay login account

Binding supports two methods: form entry and scan authorization. Scan authorization generates an authorization QR code; the receiver scans and confirms, and the account is filled in automatically — avoiding transcription errors.

Step 2: Initiate Allocation

Allocation is initiated on trades whose payment succeeded, from the payment trade list:

  1. Go to Trade Orders → Payment Trades and find a trade with fund status "success" and allocation status "none";
  2. Click More → Initiate Allocation in the operation column;
  3. In the drawer, add receivers: the Quick fill from a bound receiver selector at the top picks a receiver already bound on the channel side (type and account filled in automatically — no manual copying; hidden when no bound receiver exists yet), or fill in the receiver type and account row by row (personal openid receivers also need the name);
  4. Enter the allocation amount for each receiver; after the total-amount check passes, confirm and submit.

Business systems can also call POST /unipay/alloc to initiate; see Initiate Allocation.

Allocation ratio

The allocation ratio cap is enforced by the channel side (e.g. WeChat defaults to 30% of the trade amount; exceeding it is rejected by the channel — the platform performs no ratio check). The allocation amount itself is constrained by the trade's allocatable balance.

Step 3: Query Allocation Orders

Entry: Trade Orders → Allocation Orders (same on both panels)

Query conditions: platform allocation number, merchant allocation number, original payment trade number, allocation status, creation time.

List columns: allocation number, merchant allocation number, trade number, amount, status, merchant, creation time.

Operations: view (details include the allocation details: each receiver's type, account, amount, result, and completion time), sync (pull the latest result from the channel).

Allocation status:

StatusDescription
Processing (processing)Channel processing
Success (success)All receivers allocated
Partial success (partial)Some receivers succeeded, some failed
Failed (fail)Allocation failed
