Transfer
Transfers are for scenarios where a merchant actively pays individuals (commission payouts, reimbursements, withdrawals, etc.). The WeChat, Alipay, and Douyin channels are supported; transfers can be initiated from the UI or via API.
Feature Entry
| Feature | Menu path (same on both panels) |
|---|---|
| Initiate Transfer | Transfer Orders → Initiate Transfer |
| Transfer Records | Transfer Orders → Transfer Records |
| Channel Transfers | Transfer Orders → Channel Transfers → WeChat Transfer / Alipay Transfer / Douyin Transfer |
Transfer Orders is a top-level menu, on par with "Trade Orders"; Transfer Records shows container-level transactions, and Channel Transfers shows transfer order details per channel (including claim links).
Issuing a Transfer from the UI
On the Initiate Transfer page, pick the tab for the channel (WeChat / Alipay / Douyin); the three forms share the same structure:
- Select merchant and channel merchant: on the admin panel, first select the target merchant (fixed to the current merchant on the merchant panel), then select a direct channel merchant under that channel (the account that funds the transfer);
- Fill in transfer details:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Merchant transfer number | Auto-generated by the system as the idempotency key (the same transfer number is never transferred twice); editable |
| Amount | Transfer amount |
| Payee account | Payee openid / user_id; can be filled in via scan authorization |
| Payee name | Required in some scenarios (see the amount rules below) |
| Title / reason | Title and reason shown to the payee |
- Select transfer scene and reporting info: the scene list comes from channel configuration — WeChat reads the channel merchant's "transfer configuration", Alipay reads the scene configuration list, and Douyin comes from master-data enums. Transfer scenes must be maintained in advance in the trading configuration of the channel merchant details;
- Confirm once more before submitting. A successful WeChat transfer returns a confirm-receipt link (copy it from the success dialog and send it to the payee; the channel transfer detail drawer shows the link QR code; funds arrive after the payee confirms).
Amount rules per channel (validated automatically by the UI)
- WeChat: payee name must NOT be filled in when the amount is below 0.3 CNY; it is required when the amount is 2,000 CNY or above
- Alipay: minimum 0.1 CNY per transfer; a payment reason is required at 50,000 CNY or above; the payee name is required when the payee type is login name
- Douyin: the payee name is required when the amount is 2,000 CNY or above; a phone-number payee account must be 11 digits
Transfer Order Management (Channel Transfers)
Under Channel Transfers, the WeChat / Alipay / Douyin transfer pages:
Query conditions: transfer number, merchant transfer number, payee account, status, creation time.
Operations:
| Operation | Condition | Description |
|---|---|---|
| View | — | Detail drawer; WeChat transfer orders include the claim link QR code |
| Sync | In progress | Pull the latest status from the channel (e.g. whether the WeChat payee has confirmed) |
| Close | In progress | Close an unfinished transfer order |
Status (fund status): in progress / success / failed / closed (the UI labels the processing state "in progress"; WeChat transfers stay in "in progress" until the payee confirms).
Transfer via API
Business systems call POST /unipay/transfer to initiate a transfer and POST /unipay/sync/order/transfer to query the result; see Initiate Transfer for parameters.
Prerequisites
Transfers depend on channel-side configuration; confirm the following before initiating:
- The channel merchant's transfer scenes are configured (WeChat: channel merchant details → trading configuration → transfer configuration; includes the "transfer initiating app" — official accounts only);
- Channel credentials are configured with transfer permission (some channels require enabling the transfer product separately).
